ODM

(ORIGINAL DEVELOPMENT MANUFACTURING)

ODM is a method in which the orderer entrusts the production of their own products to the manufacturer. The manufacturer develops, produces, and delivers the product to the orderer, and the orderer distributes and sells the delivered product.
